Brewing Log

This is a large batch of hypocras that I made for Acorn War 28.

This is my second batch of the same simple Robust Porter recipe I brewed a few weeks ago. I've switched up the yeast, and did different things with the mashing due to not paying enough attention.

This is a fairly simple, uncomplicated Oatmeal Stout whose recipe is adapted from one stolen from HomeBrewTalk.

This was a wort-share from Zoiglhause brewing that I am fermenting with 100% Brett.

This is a simple all-grain robust porter whose recipe was modified from a shamelessly stolen recipe from homebrewtalk.
